I relate to this song... It's my inner dialogue. Me @ myself. I'm recovering from BPD, addiction to many things but primarily self harm and drugs, and just trying to be a better person in general. I have done so much damage to myself and to people I love/d. I can't live that way anymore. I've made so much progress but I still have so far to go. I love this song. Thank you. I know it was likely written about your ex but that's the beauty of music, how we can find our own meaning in each song. 💙
