The river was beautiful. I was in a current of water that guided me around an island behind a pond boat. I was in and out of both. Just being in the water thought is calming. Thank you! Namaste
Please make some more meditations like this, i listen to it every night but sometimes i need to listen to it twice before i fall asleep. I can't get around the ones where i have to think about my body, i just want to go on an adventure 🙏
