It seems quite racist in these Chinese dramas to hear Africa used as a place of punishment and exile. I am sure there are places in China that would be " rough " living as well. I have experienced " rough " places in North and South America and Europe as well. Can't the writers find a more appropriate description to use for a place of punishment?

The marrying to chief part is also definitely ignorant and prejudiced, though kind of expected for someone like the vain villain to say. On the other hand, I don't think the general punishment of being sent to Africa is because it is fully perceived as a bad continent. Being forcibly sent abroad is a common punishment in Chinese movies, and it is partially because of their society. Personally, I think Chinese nationals have the hardest time integrating into other societies compared to other countries' citizens. Think language-wise and the firewall. Most Chinese would probably learn English and/or an Asian language, not French/Spanish/Dutch or African languages. Africa also has the smallest Chinese community when compared to other continents.

I hate this dubbing, why use adult voice to kids?? They couldn't find even a 7 or 8y.o kids to do the dubbings?? So weird to listen kids role but in adult voices.. The details is also confusing from the start.. 3 billion then became 300 million the became 3 million??? So which is which??😂😂
this is a very good drama, but I lost intrest after about 10 min, these damned dubbing voices, when you put grownup voices on children, I prefer their ordinary voices and good eng subs, sorry
