I think Mister is Saoro from the beginning of the game that was being abused by his mother. He killed her and that jumpscare in the attic was her ghost. He probably agreed to kidnap Renya and Sister because he related to their situation and clearly has mental issues from the abuse. He probably still has a child-like mind which is why he thought it was ok to play hide and seek with the kids and also why he listened to everything Sister told him to do like kidnapping Renya. When Renya and Sister's mother confronted him at the end, he was reminded of his own mother and lashed out in the same way.
I'm surprised nobody is talking about the twist ending... I'm literally FLABBERGASTED right now, my mind is freaking BLOWN. The story is so good and Dashie just made it a million times better. Wild.
This title had more story than Chilla's previous ones. Looks like "Mister" is actually a kid named "Sarao" who was abused by his mother. He killed his mom when younger and then tried to help out Renya and Sakiko whose mother also abused them. When their mother went to confront Mister later, the trauma he sustained from his past triggered some sort of PTSD in him, causing him to kill their mother the same way he killed his own mom. PRETTY DEEP. EDITED: Woops, yeah, Mister IS Sarao. Haha.

And by Mister killing the mom, in a way he killed his own mom again, if thats not her in the attic. This is why I love chilla's horror games.
