Honestly we all thought it’s all gonna be license stuff, I understand people who Felt like it was a bit disappointing as myself too. I am actually really excited to check out these games. Also I think it’s really cool to see Blumhouse doing indie games, and specially getting indie devs the opportunity to make amazing games, that people will know about and want to play. There are so many games out there, that never gets the attention it deserves. I would say it is a huge W for the devs and Blumhouse!

An open world Purge game would be sick!! I imagine it would have a kind of GTA type of hud/ and gameplay mechanics, implemented with the overall Purge mechanics.
And you could choose whether you have to stay indoors and you have to find supplies and resources to board up the house or to go out on a rampage like the other lunatics 😂
Reports were coming out stating Five Nights at Freddy's 2 has started production. But I found that impossible knowing it wasn't coming out until December 2025. Production was also pushed to the fall. So that information today was incorrect.
Not a single licensed game? Imagine a Purge, Insidious, or Paranormal Activity game. Hell, that fear the spotlight game features an Ouija. They literally have a franchise revolving around Ouija boards. What about Five Nights At Freddy’s? You have a partnership with a massive game franchise. Surely they could make a FNAF game to headline their new venture into gaming. The FNAF films could really benefit from a game that ties in closely with the films.
Whilst I completely understand the hesitance from audiences about the new Arkham game being on VR, but MAN does it suck when we finally get some cool releases (even if only exclusive) on VR in general, and the masses begin to kind of just bash on the whole concept. VR can only improve with time and can hopefully become more accessible, the sentiment around it wont change overnight but I hope we as a society begin to see the appeal of VR more clearly if we can do it right.
