The first signing made by Above & Beyond to the label back in 2000, Olie has been responsible for countless catalogue classics including ‘White’, ‘Northern Lights’ and ‘Pressure’. Yet the last 18 months have seen the U.K. based producer strike gold with a series of mesmerizing progressive and trance releases, finding support from the likes of Armin van Buuren, Hardwell, David Guetta, Ferry Corsten and Sander van Doorn. Following an inspired set under the stars at The Gorge Amphitheater last September during Above & Beyond’s Group Therapy 250 festival, Olie now takes charge of curating Anjunabeats Worldwide 08.

As a 90s to mid 2000s trance fan who's found it really hard to deal with its new direction this mix is quality
@Ian: Us 138/Trance lovers can be pretentious as we can spot those details in this music but honestly mate, nearly all artists Trance or not would like to switch things up from time to time. That's why the 90's to 10's vibes have been changing. Maybe you need some inspiration from Sunny Lax "Adapt or Die."

Those synth riffs are cheesy as hell. Real trance as a futuristic exciting creative force died in 2000. This sounds decent though and i'll be djing with some of these tunes @@VancouverIslandSoul
This style is awesome compared to most music out there now that actually sucks like " Martin Garrix" And that is #1. Not even true EDM. At least this is the new trousy style with catchy beats. I would compare it to old school an armin "a state of trance" compilation album with a little taste of new TROUSE music and overall anjunabeats added to it :)
