@bluetrain3 thank you for the compliment ,,, and for watching ,, it is appreciated !!! As for a ride ,, if your close enough, I'll hook ya up with a cruise buddy
I used to go there at least once each summer but haven't been in a few years as I'm getting too out of shape to climb it good. I did make a video of my last climb of it though about 7 years ago. I titled it Ranger Gord's Old Hideout, lol, if you've ever seen Red Green's show, you'll get the reference. I always take the back way in from Hwy 160 Since I'm always coming there from home. On 160 just before you go down the hill into the forestry at the County lines there's a road that turns off to the left (Coming from Salem, Right if coming from Henryville) If you turn on it and go a few hundred feet you'll see an unmarked road on the right and that's the back way in to the forestry. I believe it's still gravel, though I can't remember as it has been a while since I've been.
@@dlewis1931 That barrel has been there for as long as I can remember...I think once upon a time the concrete in it started to set up before they could pour it and it was easier to just dump it than jackhammer it all back out.
That's the fastest I've ever seen anyone go down that hill, lol. Looks like they've cleared off some land at the bottom...wonder what that's gonna be for.
Outstanding video, also always have liked your car, would fill up the gas tank for a ride.
