Adobo is one of the famous dish in the Philippines. Chicken and Pork are usually used but for this recipe, we used Tuna.
Ingredients:
3/4 kg Tuna Jaw
1/4 cup soy sauce (for marinade)
1/4 cup vinegar (for marinade)
5-6 cloves garlic
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1 onion
1 long green chili
sugar and pepper to taste
