Pretty Sure it was, as I completed objectives shown in the video it updated the log for that quest. It is not the entire quest, just Part 1 of the quest. There is more to it.
It is, I'm doing it now and these are the steps. "Proper Burial" only problem is it doesn't update after talking to these two for me, just stays stuck on step 1
You know where the quarters are for the quest in heldlord?

The quest is bugged for me, I talk to kole Bailey but it doesn't do anything
