Some people cannot eat raw food is because of the fishy smell. You will know if a place is good if their salmon doesnt have its fishy smell. One good example is sushiro, though it uses basil to cover the fishy smell but still my good to compared to sushi express which has a lower pricing than sushiro but alot more on the smell.
