Southern tip from a southern girl. Toss your blueberries in flour before you add them and they will not sink to the bottom. Also top with vanilla ice cream!!
I just made it. And yes, I always coat my fruit in flour first except in this recipe the fruit is supposed to sink. I used vanilla sugar plus a splash of homemade vanilla in the batter & I’m eating it with vanilla ice cream. Yummy!
I made it today! Already had blueberries in my fridge & freezer. Except I used vanilla sugar & a splash of my homemade vanilla bc my family loves it. I’m eating it with vanilla ice cream. YUMMY! And yes, usually I coat my berries in flour but in this recipe the fruit is suppose to sink. I’m glad I didn’t!
NUM!!!! I'll be over next Saturday! lol j/k John will put me to work.. which wouldn't be a bad thing... lol j/k. I was in a highway, restaurant in Appleton, Wisconsin as a kiddo, probably 10 years old. I asked for bowl of cool whip, (but I think it was whipping cream) with a cherry on top.

Yes , blueberry cobbler. I made some on Wednesday. My recipe was a bit different. Made mine in a 9 x 13 pan. Gave it away but for a custard cup of it. I kept for myself. Have been making lots of yeast rolls this week. Next plan to make zucchini spice cupcakes. Thumbs up Renea. Grandma Sue in central Indiana

Wonderful
most recipes (king arthur flour) calls for 1 1/2 tsp baking powder to every cup of flour not a tablespoon plus 1/4 to 1/2 tsp salt
That looks delicious Renea
