Boogaloo shrimp was the good poppin taco was the bad guy in the movie so that influenced ppl to think boogaloo shrimp was better but in real life taco was a touch better cuz his style was already perfected he never really got better cuz he was the best until things changed with a new style.

Back in 1982 my cousin was one of many po and Taco students. I was 10 years old visiting my cousin Johnny at long Beach California. I was there looking in into P&T garage not knowing this was gold . My cousin has all of pop and tacos moves. RIP Pop and Taco & Ozone
This master was belong ahead with his skills, that's why Michael Jackson get him to be a dancer with him and I learned to dance like him in that time compiting on streets and won a competition 💪🏼
