I made a sweet pumpkin pound cake.
I especially enjoyed the topping sweet pumpkin and eat it with the cake. It tasted sweet and soft in my mouth.
First of all, my family liked it and it was a good baking.
Sweet pumpkin is made using a microwave oven, so it's easy to work with.
Unlike the basic pound cake I made last time ( • (파운드케이크 정석) 완벽 쉬운 파운드케... ), I made meringue. The first worker will not worry about the dough separating.

Butter 90g
Sugar 40g
2 eggs
Sweet pumpkin (for dough) 80 g
Sweet pumpkin (cube) 60 g
Cake flour 95g
Baking Powder 2g
Sugar 40g (used to make meringue)
Topping pumpkin (appropriately)
