- Two moments from the 42-minute opening statements in the Quentin Smith aggravated murder trial. Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O'Brien outlined the charges against Smith; defense attorney Frederick Benton centered on the 74 seconds when shots were being fired. Smith, 32, is charged with two counts of aggravated murder in the Feb. 10, 2018, shooting deaths of Westerville Police Officers Eric Joering and Anthony Morelli. The officers were killed, and Smith wounded, in an exchange of gunfire as the policemen entered his townhouse in the 300 block of Cross Wind Drive to investigate a 911 hang-up call from his wife involving a domestic dispute.
My math put it at one shot every 7.4 seconds
It's definitely 1 shot for every 7.4 seconds. If it was 1 shot for every .135 seconds, that would mean that there would have been 548 shots fired in 74 seconds.
Lawyers aren't good at math
Nightmare on elm street
That is crazy. By a miracle you came out alive messing with these dangerous thugs. Biggest gang in America.

How dumb was it to say we had a hang up call from here smdh
Is that guy's math correct because that doesn't make sense to me and I may be wrong just wanting someone else's opinion
Unless he means 7.4 seconds vs 74 as the slide says, he's way off LOL
