Parliament is slightly supreme...because judiciary works based on constitution but parliament amend the constitution too ...except that basic structure doctrine

Qn: Clarification request: India is a subcontinent, which is a union of states with different cultures, languages, soci-economic beliefs,: ie., a sub continent with heterogenous population, here amendments granted by simple majority cannot fetch the real change!. The present ruling party BJP has no representations ( zero MPs)in three southern states!. The Governors make conflicts with the state Govts -non BJP!. No Democracy in the sub continent!.
