I need some advice. My birthday is in two weeks. My parents are divorced, and I am living at my dads. He doesn't want my mom to be here at my birthday, but I want her to be here. I am talking with dad literally every fucking day about this. I don't know what to do anymore...
unfortunately, I don't know if my advice would help at all, as I don't really know anyone who has separated parents. but, I'd try really talking to him about it, and give him a list of reasons of why you want your mom to visit. if he says no, just be polite and say okay. maybe if you work hard for a few weeks, he'll give in and let her come. if he doesn't, is there a way for you to visit your mom's? you could always ask if you could visit her for at least half a day for your birthday
@sc6rface I have school on that day, and I would come home at about 2 PM. So I don't really have time to go to my mom's... I told him, that my aunt and uncle and their children are also going to be here. He said he's going to think about it. When he tells me, I am going name him some arguments.
Dude, the dad is stupid, your mother is your parent too! If he doesn’t let you bring your mother, then don’t ever listen to him, if he wants to threaten a big deal about it then he can cry about it! Have a nice birthday

I need advice on what to do rn so badly my dad got out of jail this year and I never talked to him until now or in visits in jail since we weren’t close my mom suggested to him me and him and my siblings go to a private resort which have private rooms and pools but when we got there he kept looking at me and when I was in the pool with my siblings he came to me and tried to drown me but touched me while I was underwater and I almost drowned but he said it was a joke and he’s been really weird to me idk what to do.
