Love the chord lesson. Just one small FYI, if it matters, the little town outside the Oregon Country Fair is commonly pronounced Veh-needa. Love the tutorials!

Love this. BTW, is that B&G a custom or Little Sister version? It sounds great.

Thanks. It's a Little Sister. I'm an affiliate for B&G so I'm working towards getting a custom version though.

They are such beautiful instruments. I wish to add one to my arsenal.

@@strummercash5601 It was the first and only guitar I've both bought online and hadn't tried out first...and couldn't be happier with it! If you ever wanna get one or a different one, this link is an affiliate for me:

Great video. Extremely helpful since I'm in the middle of working on Bertha.
At my level it would be extremely helpful to briefly explain what the thumb is doing. Especially on partial, sus, and more complicated chords. Sometimes I can figure it out using theory to eliminate possibilities. Sometimes not.
These finesses - muting and thumb - seem to take the playing to another level. I've experimented, trying to mute the A-string on the C and using my ear. Ironically I found I accidentally muted the high e-string sounding the pure 5-Root-3 triad. But advice from better players is always helpful. Your example of how to work in the sus 4 is a great example. Thanks for your channel. Great resource for learning using Dead tunes.

Love it man. Was wondering if you could do a video on Bobbys guitar tone too. So much material out there for Jerry tone but almost none for Bobby. I particularly want to know how he gets the tone on Shakedown at Giza. If you have any leads let me know. Thanks for all your hard work. NFA!! ❤️⚡️🐢
