I started planting garlic for the first time after your video about it a few years ago. This year I have 7 mini-beds planted to garlic this year, still a week or 2 away from harvest. I recommend mini-bed gardening and your RUclips videos to everyone who compliments my garden or complains about the weeds that are over running their gardens. Good luck with your 30,000 subscribers.

I had the best garlic harvest this year than I've ever had in the past. All large bulbs and fairly uniform in size. I believe that is because I have now planted the same variety over several seasons with my own harvested cloves and that garlic has adapted to my growing conditions. Hopefully, they continue to do well in the future. I harvested mine about a week ago. Is there a benefit to hanging garlic for drying versus laying out flat? I ensure they are in an area with good air flow and a consistent not to hot temperature.

Excellent. I don't think there is any benefit in hanging. For me, and my scale of growing now, hanging somewhere out of the way is just a convenience. 👍

I'm wondering if I'm leaving my garlic in the ground too long because when I pull up all my elephant garlic there's always Little Seeds like little garlic seeds underneath them I know that garlic seeds grow on the top as skates because we collect those but I don't know what those little seeds are underneath my garlic

It's better to harvest garlic too soon instead of too late. Elephant garlic is not something I've grown. My understanding is that it's more of a leek than it is garlic. I hope someone can answer your question better than me. 😁
