Sir you dont know, how much have you helped me! I was so lost, I start davidson, then bailey and love and give up, again do the same, I want to build concept, but I feel thats not enough. You have helped us so much, May Allah bless you
One of the much needed video Dr 🙏✨ Thank you so much for the suggestions and motivation. Now I'm in 5th year MBBS studying in Malaysia..been feeling quite nervous thinking about the final year exams...hope to see more videos from you...one more request Dr, pls put up a video on how to tackle long case in OSCE 🙏
I am glad it helped you!😃🙌 I am not aware of the system there but for long cases- 1. Medicine- kundu 2. Surgery- SamD, Pratik Patil 3. Obgy- no need for any specific book just basic history and theory is enough 4. Paeds- try to read like medicine and extra paeds pracs info from Chheda All the very best!😃👍
I hadn't read Mathews so difficult to comment, though many of my seniors passed by writing answers from Mathews. In my opinion, try reading boloor. It is concised Harrison itself.
The practicals and viva part is highly variable from state to state and university to university as in the important cases specific to the particular institution and the most frequently asked questions too. And so i decided not to touch that area.. atleast until now. But for practicals and viva in general, books to be referred- 1. Medicine- kundu 2. Surg- samir deolekar 3. Obgy- virkud, and tables from the theory book 4. Paeds- chheda And most important- pratik patil book for practicals which is almost like a must have to crack practicals since it has all the basics.
@@drparthpalan sir I am referring pratik patil, since our course has been shortened I found this book concise but I hope it's good enough to score because apart from it I have hardly refered any other standard book for practicals....so I am not confident on my practicals ka knowledge.
Yes it is a brilliant book and you must know it word to word for practicals! For surgery, yes it should be enough. Though for medicine long cases, please refer kundu. It is very nicely explained in a QnA format. And for obgy cases, one really doesn't need any practical book because the viva is always based on theory knowledge. For paeds also theory is enough, but for cases try to read chheda. It's given in a very concised form.
There are no notes specifically. Only the ones that coaching classes provide you. For medicine, Boloor is a great book. Has many good points taken from Harrison.
