I really like this resort. Went there 5 times. All pre COVID though, last time January 2020. You missed the ice cream bar which is great. The spa was really good. There is also an interesting hike to the south of the resort, with a neat cenote and an observation tower. Along the trail. There was also another pool that seemed to be more of a party pool with activities and music closer to the lobby, just behind the theatre. Plenty of wildlife there also.
Actually passed the boat is still their property. The gym is located at the spa. There are some exclusive areas there though, as well as a dolphin show area.

Hey, yeah I think it's just 3 resos for dining that are included with the package, but I'd just come up to the person who runs those bookings, tip them something...lol and they'll get you an additional few resos! Definitely worth it!
Look like you don't have any problem to fly drone in there. I believe there are strict regulation who can fly drone in mexico. any problem in border control ?
Hey Brent, so I’m not sure if they get tested every single day, but everyone was wearing masks the whole time and kept distances, etc. Seemed safe the whole time.
I would not recommend staying at the Grand Sirenis Resort in Riviera Maya. The resort is very far from the airport, approximately an hour and a half drive. While the check-in process was smooth, the receptionists were rude and unwelcoming. Arriving late at night, a warm welcome would have been appreciated. The food quality was mediocre with limited variety compared to other resorts, I would rate it 2/5. The rooms were minimally refreshed and not well-maintained - stained bathtub, broken shower door, and sheets with stains. The level of cleanliness was lacking, and the service was terrible. The staff was unhelpful and impolite. Overall, this resort does not meet expectations and you will find better value elsewhere. I strongly advise against staying at the All-Inclusive Hotel. The staff is exceptionally rude, the rooms are unacceptably dirty, and the food quality is disgustingly poor. It is advisable to spend your hard-earned money elsewhere as this hotel fails to meet even the basic standards of hospitality and cleanliness

Hey, yeah it was open the whole time we were there. Actually the best bar (imo). I think it closes around 1 or 2am! Lots of seating and live shows.
was the ziplining and atv all within the resort or did u have to go outside the resort, is it all in safe areas from crime ?
Hey, so it was about a 20min drive outside the resort, but it was really safe, everything was awesome. I’d highly recommend!🔥
