Joints, bones, muscles and tendons take a lot of beating. One feels that somewhat shorter men, say, between five foot nine or ten to six foot two or three, are better suited to it, given their more compact frames. This is just an opinion, not an expert one. Garner, at about the same height as Zeeshan, did very well as a fast bowler, so it is probably an individual thing. However, Garner was fast, but not blindingly so. He used his height effectively

Few advices that will help young fast bowlers.
Always warm up
Take good amount of water before and during the bowling your spine has cushions that are called discs they need to remain well hydrated
After bowling warm up and stretch
Take more proteins and less sugar
Learn the skill of swing and control speed goes away very quickly
Learn batting also that you are not a sitting duck
Hard work paid off in U_19 Asia Cup as he has taken 10 wickets in just two innnings❤

It all depends how PCB trains and grooms this new bowlers who has a lot of talent . Trainers should guide Zeeshan in bowling inswingers reverse swing Yorkers etc but most the bowlers must be intelligent enough to quickly find out the weaknesses of batsmen.

He isn’t overconfident he is confident that he is capable of bowling faster than Shoaib Akhtar, iss mein itna jazbati hone ki zarorat nai hai, he has nice physique and will be nightmare to the batters, with this height and physique he will need half the effort to bowl as fast as Shoaib Akhtar, no doubt Shoaib Akhtar is a legend and our pride and I believe that this youngster will also make us proud. I am very happy that he has set a big aim for himself to achieve and it will only push him to work hard. Choutiyee randians would always be troubled with such a bowler because their batsmen don’t have balls to face such pace.
We wish Zeeshan good luck, inshaAllah, but there is no need to put down the Indians. You will agree that they usually produce better batsmen than us.
Zeeshan must develop inswing, outswing, bouncer, and the slow ball because raw pace is not enough in modern cricket.

Main thing about the tallest fast bowlers is their fitness, they are prone to injuries. Nothing wrong when they bowl but it hurts them when they field. Their back and their knees are the most vulnerable. So they have to work on that

You're right but you know what I like, this kid's bloody attitude. Forget physical traits but mentally being cocky, saying shit like "I'll rep Pakistan next year or I'll beat Akthar's speed barrier" is exactly how you want your fast bowler to think! Now it's the coaches job to turn that thinking into the killer instinct that a fast bowler need when he is bowling at the death or in a pressure game!
