Nonstop like never runs out of moves , and the shit just flows out of his soul , but he was very smart picking dubstep music , Honestly music has a lot to do with dance for me, techno and Hip-Hop is always been my favorite ,but him picking dubstep was so freaking genis, dubstep is really taking off now. I was a 90s raver baby with feel good clubbing music and I know some hate dubstep but who does it really matter's, I really love dubstbut it kind of matters who createdwhen done right it's amazing.
but if they dance to stupid music I'm not really that interested.because I like to watch So You Think You Can Dance and I'm a big fan of the show, but I'm so glad non-stop stays true to his genre in his Style cause that is what is good for him. I don't mean it in a bad Way cuz dancers are always looking to improve . I don't want to see him try any other style Really cause he is so damn Unique. Dytto Poppin John and Non-Stop.are definitely the top three dubstep dancers of the Year but that's just my opinion though. I Watch just about every video he makes I am sorry for such a long message but your comment on here got Me thinking tonight. maybe he has Tried So You Think You Can Dance I have no ideabut I watch it religiously every years and I don't think I've seen them on there like World of Dance personally better thank God he keeps it serious ya know, comedy in his.dancing no hopefully not. I like that he is serious with his dance as well, unlike a Salah who is a great dancer also but he plays around too much with it for my tastes. Poppin John is also Very Good but he is Not as Smooth with it as Marquese and he is too robotic. It doesn't flow with him like Marquese. Marquese should definitely stick with dubstep maybe add some more poppin in his presentation. Dyttto is ok but definitely not in Marquese and Poppin John's league imo. Saw this in 2012 and I'm back in 2022 to rewatch. Nonstop influenced my dance career in my freshman year and I created a new genre of dance in my university back then. Seeing this video every time gives me nostalgia.

Marquese, don't know if you'll see this all these years later but, you SERIOUSLY are the best dub step dancer I have ever seen. I use to dance when I was younger. I'm 51 now, and breakdancing came out in my generation, so I've seen a lot of dancing in my time and you are the best I've ever seen. You are like liquid dude; srsly. Could watch you for hours. Dubstep is frikking great! Coming from a classic rocker most people my age wouldn't even think about giving it a chance, they call it digital crap, like their some kind of holier than though if you can't play an instrument you shouldn't make music bullshit, let me tell you, If they took the judgmental shit out of their ears and remember they were young once and our parents hated our rock n roll and try to relate they would open their eyes and ears to an awesome new type of music. I frikking love it! and I'm ancient here. This is the best shit I've seen!

The real crazy shit is I listen to dubstep and close my eyes and still see Marquese. From a musical standpoint though, it's fantastic. There're so many great tracks just from this channel alone it's really great listens.
If you like this I recommend giving "Tadow" a listen to. 28 and love classic rock too.

It's an insane amount of practice. It personally took me a good 3 years to feel comfortable with the moves.
And by that I mean EVERY SINGLE DAY , 4 hours on average. I can even tell you I missed exactly 5 days of practice in 3 years. That is how much I practiced.
It's also a great stress reliever and an intense cardio workout (little bit of warning be careful with your knees). This is not widely known but Marquese has gotten many injuries from practicing.
Poppin John has a good series of tutorials on his channel if you need to build some foundations. Give it a real try, you'll love yourself for it.
I understand marquese also started a tutorial series but it seems to be a bit in its infancy as of now.

The thing I like about this guy is that he's not one of those guys who got lucky by making one awesome video and since then recycles the moves he did on a different song, his videos always have new material to fit the song , and it really shows that he has Heart and puts a lot of effort into something that he obviously loves doing .

I've watched most of his videos and this is one of my favorite! I did this song for my 3rd grade talent show! I do popping animation myself! I really love it, it really works out your body. Usually when I'm done, my mouth is dried up like the desert.

I think its mostly pre made but he adds in stuff as he goes either that or its all coming off the top of his head
He goes off the top of his head. That's what you do when you're a real dubstep dancer. You listen to the song enough to where you know when ever part is coming up and freestyle to it. Choreographed dubstep dancing shouldn't be allowed, that's like choreographed breakdancing you get 0 credit from it.

Actually, all of his dances are un choreographed but he knows the songs well enough to know what's coming next and does whatever feels 'natural' in an interview he stated he can only dance like this when he really 'feels' a song and can connect with it.
Yeah like it's hard to explain, he (I'm almost positive anyways since I do this too) does it of the top of his head, but you know the song and have an idea of what you want to do at the same time.so there's not a specific plan, but he has a general idea of what he wants it to look like
