    Hi Everyone,
    This video shows how multilingual email notification should be configured and used in ServiceNow. This is one of the new features in Tokyo release.
    We recorded one more video for this which had some technical issues for setup which we have overcome in this video.

    Thanks for sharing...It's really good feature...I remember when I was working on Microfocus HPSM tool and one of the customer asked same functionality but it was not available in HPSM..When I moved to ServiceNow and saw its also not available here.... finally ServiceNow delivered this...It will add lot of value to global customers

    Amazing video, you both nailed it!
    I loved the fact that you failed the day before but came back and shared your learnings around it and I guess that applies to what you discussed around certifications too, fail and relearn rather than just mugging up answers. And again, thanks for the shoutout for our event :)

    Can you tell me what are pre requisites required if I want to use servicenow translator instead of Azure

    Hii, wanted to understand if I have installed localization framework does it applies to all other modules as well, like service catalog and virtual machine, If I just wanted to use it for notification is it possible?

      It applies for all, because localization is platform wide. Dynamic translation can be used for notification.
