I was thinking of investing in a ground floor retail shop, but on further research I got to know that there is an over supply of retail properties in Noida and Greater Noida. Is it better to stick to society shops? I already own a flat in Sec 1 and now want to make an investment for a second source of income, what should be a better choice between flat and shop?

Thanks for the detailed video. I like the video but I didn't liked the project due to reasons like congested towers and small sized.
You are right about the congestion. Back in 2015 it was planned as a budget housing project.
