Judging by what happened when TheRunawayGuys let's played this, this game is indeed just as big if not a bigger friendship ruiner than Mario Party.
Sometimes i wonder if the game itself broke em, or if it was Emile mashing the buttons 😂
I'd argue that this game is a bigger friendship ruiner, purely because of the sheer amount of choice and control you have if you want to make someone miserable, whereas in Mario Party most of it is gated by RNG elements.
Don’t lie, that series gave quite a few hilarious moments.

While the story mode is incredibly long, I would love to see the story mode done sprinkled in threw many videos.

For the record, Story Mode is NOT you guys working together. It's you guys racing to fulfill an objective. It's great, you can steal items that people are supposed to deliver and deliver it yourself to take the credit. Also, the world gradually opens up instead of sending you to overleveled areas from the start.
In other words its even more toxic speaking from experience
This has to be the strongest friend group ever, it survived Mario Party, UNO and Dokapon 🤣🤣🤣
Honestly I don’t know any games more toxic and destructive of friendships than UNO and Mario Party.
You should absolutely play the story mode if you get the chance! This game is genuinely a friendship ender, trust me, one of my mates killed me for no reason other than for the funnies and I ended up creating a war and taking everything they ever owned in under 10 turns

According to Dokapon, the solution to making Mario Party a more balanced game was to make the balance 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘴𝘦
The games balance is a slingshot it gets pulled pack further than Mario party but then suddenly the person in last place becomes a god and every town in the game is taken over again and your fairly obtained Draco sword is thrown on the floor and you never see it again

I have a decent amount of knowledge regarding this game. I’ll give you advice and answers on what I can, but for now, I’ll start with something simple.
The Magic stat calculates the power of spells that directly inflict damage. They have no effect on status altering magic. Speed is used to determine the accuracy of spells cast on the board. Casters are more likely to hit a target with lower speed than theirs. Though the minimum accuracy is 20%, so unless they’re protected by something you’ll always have a 1 in 5 shot at the least.
Few things
The magic stat works like gen 1 pokemon where the stat is both your magic attack and defense
Speed doesn't just effect spells but also in battle attacks and strikes (not magic attacks magic can't miss unless protected)

The only time I’ve seen Battle Magic dodged is when the battle skill; Decoy is used. The skill provides a 50% chance to dodge all attacks in battle (which lasts until the fight ends)
Thiss is a true successor to TRG Dokopon Let's Play. Watching this on stream from Vernias and Sophist's perspective was a lot of fun.
Alright hear me out... they do a full series on the story mode. Since rhey frequently play games together, they could probably beat the game, and actually learn what they're doing by playing the tutorial map at the start

I'm Brazilian and I played this game my entire childhood with my cousins on PlayStation 2. So happy to see this game on steam and to see so many people playing it.
13 weeks, 7 turns a week, 5 weeks per hour w/ 4 people... that would be like nearly *3 hours* (heck probably OVER 3 hours maybe over *6* hours) with *91 turns,* nearly _double_ the amount of turns a Mario Party can have at maximum.
