Thanks for sharing the recipe Bong Da. I have some Kroeung that I made, that I'll use to make Cambodian beef sticks. I like your open air charcoal grill that you have. It gives the beef sticks a quick sear.👍🏽

Do SE Asian stores carry lemongrass paste? I know they sell frozen, minced lemongrass.
What can i replace the coconut milk with? Thank you
you can just leave it out but you won’t get that creamy taste to it
