I like the video, don't take me wrong...but your premise is wrong from the start because ultimatum was mostly accepted, save for 1 demand Serbia was willing to negotiate about. The truth is,Austria would have started the attack on Serbia anyways. I say Austria because Hungary didn't want the war and only agreed after Austrians promised not to annex a foot of Serbia after the war

In case someone is not aware of some history facts.
    1. Serbia actually accepted the ultimatum!
It did not reject, it just asked for clarification for the 6th point, and it offers a Court in Hague as a mediatory to help with the clarification (after consultancy with France and Russia how to avoid the war, as it just came after two Balkan wars with a lot of casualties, it wasn't realistic to fight someone 15times larger than you).
    2. As a matter a fact, K&K (AH) at first accepted the response!
A trivia: Serbia's intelligence informed Austro-Hungarian intelligence just before the assassination that they have information about the assassination plot (*another complexity is that the assassination was plotted by an organization called "The Black Hand", a very dangerous organization that the King of Serbia could not have control of, since they already killed a previous King of Serbia, Aleksandar Obrenovic. Another fun fact is that the King of Serbia Petar Karadjordjevic then had a parallel counterintelligence called "The White Hand". Go figure.) Austrian intelligence disregarded those treats about the potential assassination of Duke Franz Ferdinand (later confirmed to be truthful), as an insult to their superior intelligence service.
3.Just after the Germans intervened Austro-Hungary declared the war!
    Cheers!
ps. now 100+ years after the Great War we have amazingly good Dumpling Shop called "Ferdinand" in a street called by his assassin Princip in Belgrade. Very droll.

It is not a well known historical fact that Serbia did accept Austrian ultimatum. A grand son of one of Serbia's politician who was present at the moment of writing the response from Serbian delegation notes. Response from Austrians was that it is too late and that the call to go to war has already been made. After the war a part of propaganda was made that the ultimatum was not accepted.

It did not happen like that. Serbia was issued an ultimatum by AH and urged by Russia and France to accept it, which it did, in totality, including the sixth point you claimed they didn't accept, but they did. And in accordance with Russian and French suggestions, they asked for Russian, French, British and German prosecutors to be included along with the AH prosecutors in finding and prosecuting the perpetrators of the assassination. German Kaiser was pleased with the Serbian response and went on a vacation in the Baltics where he was unpleasantly surprised by the news that the AH has decided not to accept the Serbian response and declare war. The problem with your new history of WWI, is that the Shlieffen PLan was based on a weaker Russia needing more time to mobilize. Since Russia is alot stronger in this Scenario, I believe Germany would maintain a defensvie posture in the west along the shorter border. Therefore the majority of German forces would strike against Russia trying to defeat the Russians before they can mobilize their industry for war. With no invasion of Belguim, Britain stays neutral for now. Without war with Britain, there'd be no blockade so that Germany could import the materials they need from America. And they would have good relations as they did historically until unrestricted submariine warfare turned American opinion against the Germans. Without British active support the Allies can't stop Germany. The French fleet isn't strong enough to blockade the Central Powers.

All politicians and intellectuals talked about 30-50 years period of peace that is needed for Serbia to recover from that. Serbia had accepted all terms of the ultimatum except one, which was damaging to its sovereignty. The ultimatum was written in such a way, knowingly, that Serbia would reject it. The Ambassador of Austria-Hungary to Belgrade left the country even before the ultimatum had been handed over. This means... Austria-Hungary had known of the outcome in advance, and it had been planning to attack Serbia, regardless. Even if there were no assassination in Sarajevo on Archduke Franz Ferdinand and his wife Sofia, it would have found another justification to attack. Proof of this are the events before the assassination - the so-called pig wars, the annexation of Bosnia - knowing that this would greatly upset Serbs, etc. I think WW 1 was unavoidable.

Sorry but I had to stop right in the first ten seconds because this misconceptions really annoys me - The Great War couldn't be avoided, just postponed until something else triggers it. Ever since the unification of Germany into the German Empire, multiple cracking points began to show in the Great Compromise (Congress of Vienna) and the fragile peace of Metternich. New weaponry, German inferiority in colonial possessions and aspirations of Austria-Hungary to be more then just a regional player and have colonies of its own mixed with growing hostility of already established imperial powers towards the new players is what ultimately led to it happening, assassination of archduke that not even his family loved was a convenient thing for Austria-Hungary to expend in the Balkans, which could've been local conflict if Austria-Hungary didn't pulled Germany into it and if Russian Empire had fallen into a revolution few years earlier.

10:00 I think the Entente would do this, but wouldn't promise Montenegro. Montenegro is an independent kingdom at this point, and except if the king of Montenegro isn't brought into the conference, and if he lets them do it, Entente won't be promising Montenegro.

Another big difference would be all of Ireland remaining in the UK to this day as the Home Rule Bill would have been implemented on time. Also with Germany’s much sooner defeat in the west conscription would never have been implemented in Ireland, which is why Sinn Féin gained so much support during the 1910’s.

Personally I don’t think the British would join the French because they didn’t really care about Belgium they would probably prefer to just meditate a peace even if they technically guaranteed Belgium mostly because the odds are already stacked against Germany and the only thing the brits wanted was no side becoming more powerful than the other on Europe so join a war that is already in France favour doesn’t seem like something they would do

Surely the next event that would be a candidate for sparking WWI would be the delivery of the Reşadiye and Sultan Osman (OTL HMSes Erin and Agincourt) to the Ottoman Empire from Britain in late 1914, which would have given the Ottomans naval supremacy in the Aegean (instead of Greece) and would have allowed them to start a Third Balkan War.

As a Serb I must say this is very interesting scenario, but I think we wouldn't create Yugoslavia. Serbia will for sure expand on Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Southern part of Dalmatia (Dubrownik) probably getting Skhöder from Albania because Antante want to satisfy us after losing half of Macedonia and for sure Srem and bit of Banat will be ours because of serbian majority there. Croatia and Slovenia will be independent or maybe create a federal state together. Maybe this would be better case
