Kureha and Hiriluk could be the best doctor if you combine Kureha's knowledge/skills and Hiriluk's work ethic, or the worst doctor if you combine Kureha's work ethic with Hiriluk's knowledge/skills. We all know Chopper is the best of both. Chopper for the win! 😻🦌
@@tree3284I think they did it to give him enough time logically to speak to Kureha, then see Wapol and be able to kill himself before the poison killed him.
actually even the Japanese anime it was half a day which honestly makes more sense. He was rather impressionable back then since he said that the skull and crossbones on a pirate flag would symbolize fighting anything, hence his intention when he saw the mushroom in the book.

As someone who started on dub and watched up until the end of fish man island (which was where it was at at the time) I can confirm that it definitely does. Even when watching sub now I still hear it spoken in the dub voices. The dub is really something.
I don't remember Kureha being so emotionally attached Hiriluk. Excellent performance by the VA, anyway, even if I don't like her typical portrayal of Kureha.

It's just a difference of 11 hours no big deal.
