i dont get it sir, u r keeping this pen and telling it represent the general direction of buoys, and for outbound vessel u r just reverting that direction of pen which one of ur student dare to ask, what does it mean .......u should explain it first .........what is the meaning of direction of buoys and what is the significance of it, and what do we men by inbound and outbound vessel.
from the best of my knoweledge it is not the way it is. please crosscheck it what u r explaining.
