The control valve is the same, but everything in our systems is custom designed to address the unique water quality into every home. Our systems are more effective in addressing chloramines, address heavy metals and are more effective at reducing hard water issues. You can use our videos to program your Halo 5 valve, if desired.
...how do I set tit for fill capacity??? I have a leak I need to get fixed so I turn the water off every night - I need to reset the system - been off for a long time - but I need to get it going again, even if I have to reset it every day...the model number (on the inside of the cover is: V3115TC-01..I stumbled onto this sorta by accident more than by design...
Sorry for the late reply - you probably got your system reprogrammed by now. But if not, find your model and manuals here: www.clackcorp.com/control-valves-fittings-accessories/
@@PureElementsNow ...actually I haven't - the system has been off for the better part of a year...we have a leak on the outside of the house...been bugging the wife to get the plumber in, but I shut the source off at night - the timer & power to the filter is also off...have a corroded wire that needs reattaching to get the whole system up & running...we bought it from the local plumber - it has no brand on it...so I back tracked it via the SN/Mfr number and stumbled onto this site...thanx for the link...
Thank you very much
