This interview is monumental! He is an actual songwriter that tells it like it was and how it is presently. I really hope Mike Stock comes back soon. Thank you Mike Stock and Mike Williams!
I just looked up more of his songs. HOLY COW this guy is a LEGEND!! All those Dead or Alive songs are still rotating in my playlist when I’m working out. Many of them you never heard on the radio, just the clubs as he mentioned. I have such awesome memories dancing to all those songs in Houston clubs back in the day. Awesome interview Mike.
I worked for Mike at this period and its 100 per cent spot on - a very stressful time and so many great hits lots all down to sheer jealousy of true talent, the man is a genius and should now be a Sir - Best Neil Sean

I agree…today, I saw a YT clip recommended to me- something about Keith Richards warming up backstage somewhere recently, but all I saw was this very old, crotchety & frail man hunched over an electric guitar - looked like senile abuse to be honest. Good morning Mike . Can't be said enough, thanks for all your hard work presenting wisdom and knowledge to us . It is much appreciated. Love your guest Mike Stock .
Fascinating conversation. I remember all of Mike's hits from the 80s onwards. Never knew they tried stop him. He knows all about Billy. Billy has to pay, he madeva deal with the devil
Watched the original on another platform. Stock was interviewed recently on the Delingpod. But this is better. A 'nearly' insider who was barred from the club when he refused the invitation. Brilliant video.
Remember watching Mike play on the old East London circuit (The Cranbrook, Brunnel Arms & The 3 rabbits (where Mike gave me my first gig supporting him) in a band called Nightwork, really nice bloke and became friends back in early 80s.
Your hard work is so appreciated. I bet you have no idea of how many people you have enlightened. Many of my friends who are casual observers now regularly refer to Fauxl as Billy! It blow my mind. Thanks again for all you do!
I must have missed this a few weeks ago. Thanks 👍 An outstanding, *rabbit out of the hat* moment Mike! This gent was so humble. I've of course heard of him. Couldn't fail to, in the mid to late eighties. Charts were full of their songs. I won't bore you with the artists. You're already aware of them. I saw Queen at Wembley, so sorry can't remember the year. Mercury was hopeless on three numbers. His voice was rough. I was near the front. My friend swore to me, that he was miming at one stage; and Roger Taylor covered his vocal, unseen at the back. I didn't believe him. Much appreciated interview Mike. Amazing, back in the day, I thought SAW "were" the business, certainly didn't think of them as bucking the system. Incredible. And that Mike Stock talks reasonably openly about it when he knows, even now , what he's potentially forfeiting. Excellent show. The song Mike Stock is talking about " You Spin me" , has over 200 million on RUclips.

Firstly Paul Mccartney is 80 not 85. Agree his voice is nowhere near as strong as it was but his performance at Glastonbury was roundly praised by most critics. Secondly the whole video argument really started 40 years ago with MTV and not when RUclips started. So there is nothing new there. Mccartney has written more number one hits than anyone else both in the UK and US, with the Beatles, Wings and other artists with all due respect..

And Jesus walked on ground that belonged to the occultic Roman Empire. Does that mean that Jesus was tarnished too? Of course not! What this man says about the Catholic Church is sheer nonsense.
@@MikeWilliamsPaulIsDeadChannel I did. And I prayed a lot. That's why I eventually left Protestantism and became Catholic. The Bible came from God via the Catholic Church. @@MikeWilliamsPaulIsDeadChannel One more thing I'd like to add -- as Taylor Marshall put it well, we would never leave Christ because there was a Judas among His Disciples. So we don't leave Christ's Church because there are Judases in His Church. I do think your videos are very well done, though.

"I would not believe in the Gospel if the Authority of the Catholic Church did not move me to do so." ~ St. Augustine

One more thing I'd like to add -- as Taylor Marshall put it well, we would never leave Christ because there was a Judas among His Disciples. So we don't leave Christ's Church because there are Judases in His Church.
I do think your videos are very well done, though.
