Very powerful information, Mr.Pena. These last few video uploads have been like golden nuggets. I thank almighty Allah for what you have given me. I have a meeting with a philanthropist at a high-end private members club , next month- anchor chairman. He loves the deals I have put together. That’s exactly I did a couple months ago, the biggest similarities is keeping a pipeline full of deals and working them for months at a time, as well as the current data + consistent negotiating that goes into creating a good off market deal

Hey knew lady that was professional,did speak couple languages,had long time client,that had emergency had to go overseas overnite,client has to do presentation at one of most high class clubs in America ,she had to go 5 am on road to make over then on to high class wardrobe arrived at presentation 10 am dressed so well dressed took room by storm made presentation 25 minutes,wined and dined 25 more left millions of dollars made ,by a professional,one never knows what you will do what needs to be done,she did great ,she was prepared ,knew the deal ,presentation was perfect ,but not at all what she expected previous evening lol,never judge a book by its cover lol.
