Gluten can also be dangerous in the wrong hands, but I doubt anyone would expect you to give a disclaimer if you were cooking bread. I think it goes without saying that you're not killing the neighbor's cats, but even if you were, giving a disclaimer doesn't help thwart suspicion...lol.

There is a knack to string it. Once you've done it, you'll nail it every time.

Target shooting and crossbow engineering is a great hobby, as long as you use common sense and precaution. It's also a bit addicting though and can easily turn into an expensive rabbit-hole.. I've been modding an AR-6 Stinger2, and it is excellent fun! Stay safe!

I noticed the reviews when shopping and people were complaining about Chinese made. I am pretty sure that China invented the crossbow and the first mag for one, which would make it the first mag ever. Just sayin'. They also did gunpowder and the first firearm. I don't care to badmouth other cultures and/or their contributions to the world. How do you spell aluminium...lol. That is identical to mine with the exception of the little vinyl brand label. A bit of light rope 1/4 " with loops can be used as you suggested, but using your lady made it a one-man, one-woman task just the same.

Right let's get to it,after looking at countless videos on how to string the bloody thing and struggling for ten mins without success i sat down and looked at the thing,it then took me 2 mins to do it without all this fuking about,
here how,sit down place the front end of the crossbow between your feet, lean it to your right side, now with your left hand hold the wire near the end you are putting it on,with your right hand pull up the part where the wire attachment goes, while putting all the weight (pressure) onto the right side (the part you a leaning on) that's what's takes all the pressure off you pulling on the cross bar,it literally takes seconds to attach the wire with your left hand and you don't have to bend it more than a few inches if that.
I hope this helps you all, instead of watching fuking jokers tossing about without the fuking sense to sit down and study the thing for a few moments.

Мда уж...дилетанты. Это сразу говорит о вас, совсем нет навыков и знаний. Я одеваю тетиву для этого же арбалета примерно за 10-15 секунд. Делаю это один, без помощи.

99.9% of violent crime is not done with a crossbow…just saying 😊

About limb tips, the flat side is towards you so you loop stringer around it,cock it,instal real string nicely lubed with bow wax and release the trigger in safe direction...First time it took me forever, but now 10-15 minutes,,DONE. You don't need a friend or GF to help you string the Bow..Trust me,it's easier to string a bow than a crossbow and not all of us have friends or GF as they might think you're kookoo

Can anyone tell me if the metal bolt holder, waving piece of metal spring that holds the bolt in place and also controls the safety, is it aluminum or is it metal. Mine popped off and landed in long grass. Been trying to find it was a magnet, but if it’s not magnetic I’m wasting my time.

Dude string wax and Rail Lube are 2 different products that do 2 different thing's.
String wax is sticky to stick your string threads together so the string don't come apart.
Rail Lube is for the rail,...to lubricate the rail and stop friction wear on the serving thread.
When I couldn't string mine I used Paracord and a cars bumper jack,...click, click, click done.
I put a pair of old blue jeans in a pizza box and tape it up and put a squirrel target on it and shoot it in my house.
    They are very accurate.
I used field points bamboo and plactic vanes to make 12'' projectiles.( bamboo for tomato stake's or bamboo landscape stakes from a home improvement store like Lowes or Home Depot diameters of 19/64 to 23/64)
I just trimmed the vanes down to the width of the front sight.
    They really shoot hard.
With that device you could take Squirrels or rabbits easily,.....A pellet gun could too.
The problem with both is they are only effective at one range,.........the distance you sighted it in for.

Thanks Peter! I did try to film stringing it but we were mostly out of shot and there was a lot of foul language. They're definitely as hard to string as everyone makes out.

that locking button for cocking your crossbow is plastic I make strings for this one and my 175 pound soooo i change them to see how they fit. I broke that lever or button. sooo as I make my own strings and jigs for making strings I have a mettle working background casting would have been easier but I'm living in a rental and no place to strike up a smelter I could make out of a mettle coffee cand and a propane torch and fire clay so I had to use a grinder to make the new part works great. I do love this little crossbow. I use the same rail lube I use on my 175. its a Teflon silicon mix. looks like they don't sell it any more so I'll be making my own so far have over 200 shots on one string I made. braded fishing line is made of the same stuff as my bow string material UHMWPE punch that in a browser Dyna 97 is bow string material I use but the braided fishing line 100 pound test works the best been using reaction tackle and Hercules. your string is 7 1/2 at 16 strands. its big enough around compared to "bow string materiel" at 18 strands. happy shooting.
