I think that Jonathan Davis’s voice really works with this kind of music which I think why it works. My favorite songs on this album are get up and narcissistic cannibal.
It's because this is his main style of music. Jonathan isn't really a huge metal head, I think he is more into 80s pop and EDM. He was a DJ for years before he joined KoRn. He masterminded this whole album with a lot of help from other EDM musicians of course.
He already did a reaction video to each song from Path of Totality, they're coming out one by one. And I'm sure Dan will react to each album in order. So after this, he'll do The Paradigm Shift..
Finally your reactions to Path of Totality are coming out, I've been waiting a lot for this! Glad you liked the song, it's pretty dope. And it's dubstep the style that Korn is mixing with their sound..
Eletronics isn't synonymous to Dance Music. Ever since the Hammond and later synthesizer was introduced, you have an electroni aspect to music. Pink Floyd, Tangerine Dream, Popol Vu, Klaus Schulze, Jean-Michel Jarre, Depeche Mode, Prodigy, Rammstein. Electronics, béhbéh.
Who said electronic and rock can't mix? Idiots without the balls to try something new. Love it or hate it at least they had the balls to try something new. KORN is one of the best EVER!!!
Seen this song live a couple times and it sounds great live. Doesn't hit as hard as you'd want though live. Same with Spike in my Veins, was a little disappointed by that one live.

Have you listened to his side project Killbot? They have killer tracks like Feel Alive and I'll F#ck it..
Mine this one too... And Bleeding Out... God

First kinda mix with koRn along these kinda sounds was the Spawn soundtrack. Kick the P.A. with the Dust Brothers
Yeah that was a pretty cool track.
You should check out Get Up! Narcisist Cannibal and The Serenity Of Suffering full album also by them

Skrillex used to be in a band before he started dubstep so yeah ofc he knows what he’s doing

Can't wait for the rest of the Path of Totality reactions! Love the video! 👍
love this album, the next week or so is gonna be sooo good
ALOT of people are gonna be like Korns shit. Oh boo whooo. This shit is freaking great which is what makes them inovative. 😝
Finally, some fucking KORN!!!!
TPOT lets goo! enjoyed the album when it first came out, seen them live during the cycle, like you said it blended surprisingly well!
The whole album is fire man. Might as well do it track by track. Plenty to enjoy, including the outtake “Tension” which combines EDM with scatting
I love Tension, it has to be one of the best songs on the album, even though it's a bonus track. That scat is so good..
PS When I say scat meets EDM I’m not talking about German porn
Michael Bogado Yes it is, and the four to-the-floor beats behind it makes the vocalizing even more insane
YES! I've been waiting on you to review this album! Get ready for a ride!

Electronic and Rock has been mixing since the early 90s but yeah. Dubstep and nu metal is an underrated mix for sure.
Whatever mic you were using for this video, use it all the time. Your audio is good in this video
