@@desdedentrodelvestuario4486 my friend, I've a question. Regarding the physical condition. How do we grow physically within tactical period.? How do you we know we are improving? Is the law of Supercompensation used, if yes, how? In Verheijen method we work with 4 or 6weeks cycles etc., but for tactical periodisation I dont understand the system..
Hello. We in T.P. do not focus on Physical Dimension or others but rather on Supra-tactical dimension and how your team will play and develop their Playing Model. What you see in this example are only Fundamental exercises or Tasks. If you feel or think you need additional work on any other dimension, you can apply Complementary and Compensatory Tasks where you can focus on other aspects of a team, but the most important thing for us is how our team will play and the week will be constructed on how your week of competition will be. Regards!

How many didactic strategies do you have?
They are not mine but rather out there so we can use. I just try to reach them out to all coaches. Regards!
How does this apply in the pre-season
