The German Football Museum in Dortmund is the national museum of German football.
The ticket for basic experience is 15 Euro per person and full experience costs Euro 19 per person.Through the players´ tunnel, you reach the “Miracle of Bern” where you will find the original 1954 World Cup as well.
The 1st exhibition is all about Germany’s 1st World Cup and extensively showcase the whole journey.You will also experience the introduction of football in Germany and how it spread like a wildfire.
The museum was opened in 2015 in Dortmund and it’s the most visited museum in Ruhr area of Germany,The vibrant, emotional and interactive exhibition recounts 140 years of German football history. It covers the triumphs of German national team, the history of the Bundesliga and the development of football in Germany.
It also provides extensive history of football in East Germany.It has more than 1,600 exhibits with interactive modules and screens.From Gerd Müller’s iconic 1974 WC shirt to Miroslav Klose’s 2014 WC Shirt, you will be memserized by the glorious history of German Football over the years.
