    Both pieces turned out so well! The red pop of color inside the trousers finishes them beautifully and is so much fun. I appreciate you suggesting other patterns, that’s a great idea to give viewers more options and info.

      Thanks Erin, I guess most garment styles have been around a while and are reworked and tweaked by different pattern companies, so there are usually options to suit what you want 😊

      I always find trousers the hardest garment to make and look good. I find they so often need adjusting for better fit even if I've made the same pattern before. Yours look great on, I'd call that a definate win. Thanks for the video and your suggestions. Happy sewing.

      @@jensee1 They are hard, I'm with you there. Tops and dresses are much more forgiving if the fit isn't spot on but there's nowhere to hide with trousers! Thanks for watching 🌼

    Your work outfit looks really smart and very comfy Tania. Those trousers might have taken a long time but are well worth your dedication.

      Thank you Annette, I hope they last me a long time. They are so comfortable, I'd like to make a thicker pair for the winter 😊

    Another version of the blouse is the Style Arc Kennie. I have made it. The facing is a little fiddly but I love my Kennie.

      @justletmesew  5 месяцев назад

      Ah yes, I've heard of the Kennie. How did you find Style Arc instructions?

    • @makingwithmichelle
      @makingwithmichelle 5 месяцев назад +1

      @@justletmesew There are two sew alongs on RUclips. I was find with all the instructions other than the facing/collar attachment. when I make it again I would draft a facing that goes all around the neck and button band.

      @@justletmesew I guess straight leg or boot leg. I don't mind a bit wide, but if it's too wide, it makes me look like a box. 😄

    Hi is your video reversed? I noticed this already with not being able to read the numbers of the pattern?

    • @justletmesew
      @justletmesew  5 месяцев назад

      Hi, I usually put the pattern numbers on the screen and link them in the description too. Yes, they were coming up mirrored but my latest video should now be the right way round😊
