Sitting here 3 years after this came out thanking you guys for it all. Without this film and the 5001 group I’d have probably ended things by now. Giving inspiration to ride to us younger lads is just phenomenal.
They made me get through some tough stuff. They made me choose something where I could meet with myself. Even with friends, but mostly alone. People do not get what it is like to build a flow trail for yourself, and then using it, and just letting everything go for those second, while you are riding. They made me find peace in the woods. I rode before I find them, but afterwards everything changed. I begin to be more stable inside. I wish if I once go to England I can hug them and thank them. 6 years passed. I am searching for that peace again.
That gap over the rock to the smooth built up landing was one of the sickest things i've ever seen, love the reaction from the crew too, fucking ace. Stoked for bikes now.

It's like 'Bigger Slice of British Pie' video and the 'Earthed' series got together and created a bastard love child. Brilliant, proper mucking about in the woods. The quality of riding and imagination of lines is off the scale and I loved every second of it.
My friend that by the way helps me tons and brought me further than I thought I'd ever be, told me to watch this movie from the day we met. I never really bothered, till I got out of one of the blocks in the learning curve. The learning curve mostly goes like this, progression, being stuck for a long time and then progressing like a mad man. When I started progressing again, getting looser on my bike, starting not to care as much about falling.. I watched this. It has truly changed my life, I got even looser and I couldn't care less about falling now, when I'm in the air I don't feel relieved when I touch the floor. Thank you for this movie.
I watched A LOT of videos in my life because I'm really interested in cinematography, but I can't really think of one I love this much. But not only this one. Most of the short movies made by 50to1 crew are so nice. Yeah, you can shred af, ride gnarly things, do insane sketchy combos. But most beautiful is how much you enjoy everything about that, spending time with friends, love for riding, pure happiness of successfully pulling insane line. It inspires me so much. Thank you 50to1.
