Got a sting ir a few weeks ago. Really dig all the accessories it comes with! I have it mounted in front of my vudu 1x10 (1.5 mount) I keep the optic at 1.5-2 power and zoom on the thermal. It has a great startup time and battery life seems decent. Great review as always!
Just got the StingIR 640 havent gotten to evaluate it yet Have been impressed and dissapointed at the same time due to their being debris inside the unit. Have a perfect PVS-14 wp thin film with no blems and then get a thermal that has a blem go figure. I havent decided if it needs to go back to AGM yet
Very much looking forward to your thoughts on the hybrid NV/thermal setup. I've been using an Opsin/ST6 combo for a few weeks now with pretty good results.
