a little piece of heaven is absolutely a masterpiece of Jimmy The Rev. fortunately he did release this song before he passed away.
I believe this was a fun song mainly written by The Rev. Some people try and take it too seriously. The Rev was a fan of Nightmare before Christmas type stuff so definitely had influence. Watch the live in LBC version of this, they liked to use this for Encore song. Have seen it numerous times and great live.

I'm late to this party-but oh man, you seemed to hear this in the spirit it was intended, equal parts horror and hilarity 😂 it's definitely become an avenged fan cult favourite & they often close out shows with it. Thanks man! :)

This song is great, but my favorite song from them is Sidewinder. It's such an underrated song IMO, I suggest to check it out if you don't know it already

When you're in to Tim Burtion movies sence the 90s, this Song of Avanged Sevenfold is nothing unconventional at all. I liked that song from the beginning.
