- This video contains all the details about Electrohomeopathy.
There has been alot of ups and down as far as Electrohomeopathy is concerned, Various Court judgments and Even Supreme Court of India has fiven decesion in Favour of B.E.M.S or Electrohomeopathy practitioners.
Even Deputy health minister has also issued notification to allow them to practice in India.
Ministry of Health and Family Welfare gave an order in 2003, after accepting the Recommendation of Standing Committee of Expert, which was formed to give decesion to formulate Recognition system for Electrohomeopathy, they denied and gave decesion against Electrohomeopathy.
After petition in Allahbad high court MOHFW published an order in 2010, stating that they can do research and Development in their field.
Ministry of health and family welfare also published notice in 2011, 2012 and 2017 respectively to support the research and Development in this field.
In 2017 MOHFW formed inter departmental Committee to give decesion on the proposal submitted by the representative of Electrohomeopathy. They found the data present by them was not upto the mark.
NEHM has been allowed to issue Diploma in Electrohomeopathy by various authorities viz. Department of Health, Government of Delhi.

NEHM claim that it 100% herbal medicinal based practice and no Complaints has ever been reported by anyone.

Who is framing desired criteria?, allopathy group, they should not interfere as their medicine is poisonous.
Why the court is not clear in its judgement, unnecessarily practitioners are Troubled. The court should pass order to all its judicial and Govt. Bodies and police not to intervene in the eh practice. And the judgment copy to be supplied to all practitioners. Let the recognition work be in its way.

Rajasthan government has already passed a bill..... upgrade your knowledge regarding electro homeopathy it is totally recognised in Rajasthan now..... 22/1/2015 Supreme Court has already stated that "there is no ban on medical practice of electro homeopathy".......

Offcourse, Rajasthan Electropathy System of Medicine Act, 2018 was passed by the assembly on April 11, 2018. After this a committee was formed under the chairmanship of the director of the ayurveda department. There have been two meetings of this committee and further decision will be taken based on its report.
The state government does not have any information regarding the conduct of electropathy syllabus before and after the passage of the Act. There are six institutes functioning in the private sector, but none are recognised.
I have already explained the status at Central level, offcourse practicing of Electrohomeopathy is favoured in many judgements but for full-fledged recognition of Electrohomeopathy, a central act is very important.
