I wouldn't be worried, B.Hoshino is so strong that you can weaken your rotations if you really need to and still pass pretty easily. For 3* Natsu that might mean casting her own ex more often. For the sceond team I'm not sure, did you mean Mine instead of Mina? Even if you don't use her you could probably just throw a yellow tank and a cleanser like Mari and you will have enough damage for the second team to finish it. You might not have the survivability to speedrun, but you will definitely clear.

tank mode is honestly useless, the current tanks that you have now are way better for that role bcs they either alr have enough tankiness, or they have a niche use that Hoshino just doesnt provide for specific bosses (i.e Tsubaki for Kaiten, Tsukuyo for Wakamo Hovercraft, Reisa+Mine for Greg, Atsuko for Kurokage, Natsu for Peroro, etc). Even tho she was introduced as having 2 modes, she might as well have only 1 since one mode is utterly underwhelming

Yes she has a tank mode and an attack mode that does aoe.
