I have the X3 and I basically film bits of travel, cliffs and hikes. I extensively use the 3m selfie stick and I often find my X3 quite heavy when the stick is fully extended (I cannot hold it with only one hand). I was considering swapping for the X4, but I was worried about the size and weight and I'm glad I found your video to have my confirmation. I'll stick to my X3 for now.

Hi! How do you hold/store the insta 360/selfie stick when you are not recording while you are running?

fair point on the weight, it does really feel quite heavy and I'm not sure I would want to carry/hold it for a target race, but I guess most of that increase comes from the battery and I prefer a few grams more over having to carry a second battery.

I've seen some side by side sound comparisons of the X3 vs X4 and the X4 sound seemed to be significantly better there. Maybe it's a matter of settings. You can use the DJI Mic 2 connected via Bluetooth if you want to use a wireless mic without attaching anything to the X4.

Got the X2 and love the software app with loads of easy editing tools and ideas. The display on the X2 is pants. Can't see a thing in daylight and too small when you want to use to change settings. Think I'll stick with it as overall it's great and not sure X3 or X4 would give much more other than better screen and higher resolution and battery life?

I had the X2 and agree the screen is pants, the X3 screen is a huge upgrade for usability and can always sell yours and upgrade to a used X3 as prices have dropped now X4 have come out 🥳
