Centrico restaurant at Downtown Disney, what we tried! Disney Food Review

Finally got around to trying some of the food and drink at Centrico in Downtown Disney. The new restaurant replaces the former Uva Bar with a completely new concept under the direction of chef Carlos Gaytán. The menu takes an upscale approach to classic Mexican dishes. We tried the guacamole, chips, and salsa to start. We also had the pan-seared salmon, the chicken taquitos, and the carne asada huarache. The quality of the food is very good overall with the price tags to match. This is a great spot for a really nice bite to eat that's also a bit casual. All seating is outdoors and the location glows warm and inviting at night. #DisneyFoodie
