I have been wondering what capabilities asynchronous / neuromorphic computation can bring to the field of pattern recognition. In theory, the processing potential this technology could hold is revolutionary for several fields of research. I am very proud Intel and especially Mike Davies are working so diligently on a worthwhile project.

It’s astonishing how little traction this is getting. This will be the launchpad to GI. (Good or bad)

Exactly what I was thinking! I guess LLMs also didn't have the same buzz around them until GPT 3 got released.

This statement appears to be false “Loihi is the worlds most advanced neuromorphic chip” not true. Brainchips Akida 2.0 is.

We humans are not as good as computers making calculations. How do you program these chips

No, humans take billions of cell machines just to say 2 plus 2 is 4. The machine says let me see now. How much time did it take you human, to do that😂

More than just a few bio-engineers and quantum physicists have bragged about conjuring spirits to be shown revolutionary formulas and blueprints to make breakthroughs in their field at burning man.

And that will be very difficult. Akida is Champions Ligue
