If he trained more and if he didn't leaned of his talent maybe he would be one of the best players now... Despite having a bit of a hard time adapting to the team, Alen Halilović has definitely shown that he has talent. He will be promoted this summer due to a clause in his contract but he will most likely be loaned out. Maybe to Sevilla, where there have been talks that he could be in a deal to get Denis Suárez back a year earlier. The talent is definitely there, he just need to develop properly.

+Kostadin Boev Hell, Messi and even Neymar were already starters for their teams and scoring award winning goals at this age. Halivolic won't be the next anything, has huge potential and his own style, but people are overrating him as always. This move to Sporting Gijon will only do him good, though, perhaps in two years Alen will be ready for Barça.
