Thanks for your videos, they are so useful for me!
Good info...Good teacher
Thank you, Steve.
Thanks a lot for such a great information!
You're very welcome, Chandra.
Looking forward to your video on Evernote 10 Search video
Bravo just what I needed thanks!
You're welcome, Michael.
Outstanding vid Carl. This was great.
Thank you, Michael. Glad you liked it.
Thanks especially for your focus on organizing notebooks. This is where i get into trouble, creating too many categories in the beginning.
Thank you. Good luck with your journey.
A good reminder that you have manage this upwards notebooks into stacks - not stacks down... notebooks on the floor, before the shelving arrives, etc.
And there are only those two - 'wrapers' for notebooks & 'containers' for notes, is the other metaphor I have found not using EN's terms.
Stay safe, and nice work.
Thanks man!
You're very welcome.
Very nice, thanks!
Most of the stuff you talk about in your videos works in the basic plan of Evernote. Have you made a video of the main differences between the different plans? What would you say, apart from the number of devices, are the main advantages to going premium?
That's for a future episode, Håkan. I want to get the basics out of the way first.
Hey Carl your videos are highly informative and helpful. Don’t let petty things like spellings bother you, we don’t care either :)
Hahaha never let it bother me. I usually have Grammarly running in the background so I'm becoming very lazy about spelling. LOL
@@Carl_Pullein 👍🏼
I'm new to your channel. Can you use Dark Mode when you instruct please?
Ooh no, no, no. I hate dark mode and find it difficult to distinguish between bold and regular text. (probably my poor eyesight)
@@Carl_Pullein thank you sir for the reply. Yeah I love dark mode I have cataracts hopefully within the next month and a half I get rid of them but I use dark mode on everything but that’s OK I understand. Thank you. Keep keep the vid coming. Your stacking video was great that I had. I got a big screen monitor gaming monitor, and I had that blown up to the max and it was still a little difficult for me but I think I got the gist of what you were showing us to do
Can you stack some notebooks and then put them in another notebook stack as a sub-stack?
No. you can only create single stacks.
@@Carl_Pullein Bummer, I do like how OneNote lets you have a bit deeper of a hierarchy, doesn't seem like too challenging of a software update, but overall it seems to be a step up from notepad.exe. :)
@@rileystewart9165 I think these days it's rather less important because using the quick search feature leaves hierarchical structures redundant.
Sschade, dass es keine deutsche Version dieses Videos gibt, anstrengend mit der Übersetzung zu lesen...
what if 3 child branches
Nope. Not going to happen.
Stacks = librarian's term for bookshelves, notebooks live on shelves...
There you go. Another way to explain it.
I enjoy your helpful videos, but we really don't need a 1:30 intro before getting to the point. Just trying to offer honest feedback.
Sorry you feel that way. 90 seconds intro is important for this type of video as most people watching it are new to Evernote and need context to help better understand the principles. We need to slow down if we want to learn effectively.
this should NEVER take somebody 7 minutes to explain.
