Sir in the 3rd question..why we have capital reserve to write off loss on issue of debenture.. according to the latest 2022 edition of TS Gerewal..it has mentioned that capital reserve will not be used
And one thing more That we will file a complaint in the district forum not exceed by 1 crore , after that if we will not be satisfied with the district forum , we can also file complaint in state commission( but Hmlogon ne district) forum file kiye the because the amount is less than 1 cr so we can't file in state commission because we only file complaint if the amount is greater than 1 crore

There is no compulsion though we can get same answer by assuming face value as ₹10
