Morning Routine:
wake up (get out of bed, brush teeth) (15 mins)
drink 2 cups water
read (Atomic Habits by James Clear) (15 mins)
Get ready for gym (10-15 mins)
make bed
Workout (1 hr)
selfcare (30 mins)
at home cafe (45 mins)
hair & light makeup (15 mins)
