All appliances break when rain on, so if you fix it when it’s still raining it’ll immediately break again, but if you move it inside or build a roof over it for free you can fix it
When the pizza guy called you saying Nalani had asked him on a date (53:34), you told him not to do it, he then called you back saying it wasn't meant to be and he was dead, you can see his picture is a ghost at 54:50, you also have the extreme violence mod which I'm pretty sure has autonomous killing on by default. Maybe Nalani killed him after he rejected her

Genuinely laugh-out-loud funny. Sims have their own Sims logic. They don't play by normal people rules. There are game reasons behind why everything that happened to your poor Sim happened. But it's funnier hearing you come up with real-world explanations.

I recommend getting the Gnomes lot trait. "They" will magically fix all broken objects on the lot every night. I believe you sim has to be asleep for it to happen.
Also, why is your kitchen outside when you have a kitchen? Electric objects don't work in the rain, they will always break. Place the waffle maker and pizza oven, etc. in your sim's inventory when you're not using them so they're not just sitting outside.

The date get a popup in the upper left corner, what to do to have an succesful date (Sorry my bad english).. If you fail, they do say stuff like that. But it shouldnt do anything to bad to the relationship.

You could join the freelance programmer career option. Then you can pick up gigs for extra money, but still do your own stuff on the side. Also, when you finish creating a game, you're getting over $2,000 immediately - you just didn't notice the money in the lower left corner. After that, you continue to gain royalties. Loving this series! Can't wait for the next one!

i’m sobbing. lmaoooo nalani was having a regular conversation with the personal trainer 😭 you can tell what type of convo they having by their emotional bar. the text bubbles don’t necessarily mean anything also when on a date, you have to do the tasks they give you in the upper left side otherwise it’s considered a bad date and will fail 😭

When you are on a date it's like a mini mission, above the screen on the left side a bar appears showing a time limit to do the things that the date requires, you have to do as much as possible for the date to be successful.

With 400 comments, I'm sure someone already told you, but just in case....your notification wall is full; you won't get any more notifications other than brief pop-ups that are easily missed. So you didn't see the girlfriend notification. Go into your notifications tab in the top right and choose to *clear* your notifications. You will need to do that whenever it says the wall is full, or you just see it's getting way too crowded with notifications.

Yo. You mentioned needing to find a special tree. Look across the street from your house. In the corner lot there is a different looking tree that changes while you're looking at it. Talk to it. Interact with it several times and then you will have an opportunity travel to Sylvan Glade. It does take some effort, but it's a pretty place to take a special someone to propose...

Small tip, if you don't want any calls/notifications from your sim's phone you can mute them by clicking on the phone icon and then the mute button top left. You can undo this at anytime. Really enjoying the sims content keep it up!
There's a lot you can do... if you wanna play with her too add her to your household or move her in, then that way you can control her and watch her needs.... there's so much you can do too but atm if you wanna know little by little that's what I suggest
I have been waiting for this episode all week! Appliances in the rain will constantly break when you fix them, bc rain lol. Be careful with fixing appliances in water puddles bc your sims will be electrocuted lol.

I laughed through this entire video! 😂😂 How you really thought you were about to be running a food stand. ☠️ Since you got the programming skill maxed out use the phone to find a job as a "freelancer". As a freelancer you use your phone or the computer to find gigs. You work from home and pick the jobs you wanna do. They usually pay anywhere from 1k-7k. And if you get the jobs done fast you'll get bonus pay.
There is a mod called control any sims mod. It lets you control any sims without them having to move in with you. It's a old mod but still works well. It helps me alot. You can also have up to 5 out fits for each category in the cas mode. This will give your sims more outfit choices than 5. To get to it go to cas mode click on the shirts icon for any category and there would be a 🔼 click on it and you will have more chances to add more outfits. P.S you only need one thermometer for the whole house. Two will eat up your bills

A few tips when getting a new house in the sims, the gallery is a great place for finding houses or lots, but only if your searching up the right things. RUclips creators are normally the people I go to when looking for a house in ts4, (even though I only use the layout and exterior) but if you wanna make the house completely yourself, that’s an entirely different thing that needs entire different instructions 😭😭

You should consider using the focused potion in your inventory and having the fast internet- lot trait and science lair lot trait. He'll do programming 25% faster if he's focused. Very funny series!

Fact: you can use MC Commands to increase your funds. First, press MC command center. Then, press MC cheats. Press increase funds.
Fact: Nalani’s aspiration is serial romantic
Fact: you can kill or delete people with MC Commands (you can choose how they die as well). First, press MC Commands. Then, press manage sims or something like that.

lol! If you have the kitchen pack with the Ice Cream machine, you can use that to lose weight with a special slimming cone or bowl. You can gain weight with a different ice cream. There are a few different ones that changes the sim that eats it...

Mikeeey you should go to the gallery and find a bigger house. All you have to do is go into build mode and press the lightbulb with the heart in the middle and then you can find houses that are made by other people but you can use them. They come decorated and everything and then you dont gotta complain about your house being to small.

When you are moving use the phone to do so , you could also put houses like (mansion,custom houses or even modern houses in the game) go on the gallery in the top right corner to do so and search for whichever house you desire and place on the same size lot

There is a career for the apps thing you do on the computer. Just use the computer and click Career or use your phone! That way you make money everyday and get promoted if you do the daily rask.

If your Sim (or an NPC) is ever frozen, try holding shift while you click on them. Then select Reset Sim. This saves me so much wasted time, because it ALSO deletes all their queued actions.

First off, everyone is reacting to you cause the clothes cc you have is tagged as naked, so they are freaking out like OMG NAKED PERSON! XD Also, handy tip, if you sim gets stuck, right click the sim and press reset sim. Fixes it about 90% of the time.
Also wtf. xD Why you get mat she talks to a guy in a friendly way? It's normal to do that? lol
The only mod I have to suggest is the Slice of Life mod. Adds some interesting effects to your sims that coincide with their moods. Also lets you get drunk buuuttt... I mean that's just honestly a perk for an already great mod.
